1. What file format does the prepress file need to be?

We take files in PDF, TIFF and PSD formats. We do not take CDR files, they would need to be converted to any of the above-mentioned formats.

2. What are some standard delivery times?

Delivery times depend on the complexity and volume, but usually we can deliver within 3 to 10 days, from the date we receive the press files.

3. How can I explain what type of product to I actually need?

If you are not familiar with press lingo, you can describe the purpose for which you need a printed product, and we will offer you the most adequate solution for your needs.
